Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place all components, including cushions and covers, back into their original packaging to ensure safe transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a specialized freight pickup for larger modular sets at your convenience.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
